It is amazing that most people do not realize the threat of the vegan animal rights movement in the USA which hopped across the pond from the UK in the 1960s.  Most do not realize that the animal rights movement is to end all use of animals, except "they" call it exploitation.  This includes farming, purebred dogs, life saving biomedical research using animals of which 95 percent are mice and we could all do with less mice in the world, and hunting.  The USA has been hunting since the 1600s to provide meat for the table.  But we know the animal rights movement does not support hunting, nor circus, nor rodeos, well, anything using an animal and hunting is just but one part.

I love bird hunting and "using" (HSUS and PETA says exploiting) dogs.  To me it is a beautiful and exciting sport.  It was also a way to provide "meat" for the table.  Maybe PETA and HSUS thinks it is not cruel to have deaths to deer and people.  Thinning is an exceptable method but now Wayne Pacelle thinks it is a good idea to sterialize animals to keep them from reproducing rather than hunters persue a hobby and a way of life and provide dinner for our families and/or dinner for someone else.

There needs to be enough political power developed in all animal "users" to turn the tide of the vegan animal rights movement.  This means that all hunters should contact their government representatives against all hunting laws and become a voice as big as the animal rights movement.  It just takes an e mail to your representatives.  We can not think that the NRA or other hunting groups can do it for us.

Hi! Same here.

I'm getting pretty tired of threats by scumbag lawyers attempting to derail our safe and legal deer management activities and I need help!

So hello to the forum!

I hope to be an active participant.
